We bought our first Volvo at Hunter Volvo in the beginning of January, 2022. We were so satisfied with the Customer Service provided at this dealership that we ended up buying our car at the first dealership we visited... and not even the brand of car we had in mind! Our Sales Consultant, Sparrow Branks is attentive, knowledgeable, professional and corteous.. More than a month later, we went back and asked for her assistance and she gave us her time, attention and found solution for our questions. Way to go Sparrow!

I had many mechanical issues with my previous lease. Rey, Sales, had been patient and kind during ongoing headaches; turns out the Service department was doing a good job but the car had issues. Very smooth purchase experience. Knowledgable sales person and decent pricing - both on a new Volvo and my trade-in. It's a busy dealership, so chose carefully the timing of your visit as they can get overloaded with customers for their higher-volume brands (Hyundai and Subaru).
We were going in to check out the Volvo XC's...hubby said we are just looking. Well, Vin was most helpful and we ended up trading in our 2017 BMW M2 for a 2018 Volvo XC! I purchased a preowned Volvo from this dealership and it was Amazingly easy. There prices were the lowest in over 200 miles and the sales person took the time to walk me through the buying process and knocked down the fourth wall of the buying experience. This couldn't have been a better process.

Yes I would recommend Hunter to people living in Ashville and surrounding areas. Joe (internet manager) arranged for the transporting of my Volvo C30 to Denver Colorado which was not an easy task, However Joe kept me up to date and resolved all the issues that arised. I recently purchased a 2013 C30 and needed a cargo net to keep the dog in the back seat. The Parts Manager for Hunter Volvo found the correct part that I needed, ordered it, and sent it to me via Fed Ex within 2 days, getting it to me on a Saturday. This is fabulous service. I live an hour away and was having issues with my car battery in my XC 60 2010. Upon meeting Will Teters, the service consultant, I was listened to and immediately offered a loaner for my drive back home. Will and the staff in Service addressed the problem in an efficient and positive way. Kevin Brazanskas made our recent purchase of a 2012 Volvo XC-60 very comfortable. He was knowledgeable on all technical aspects of the vehicle, provided information on special incentives, helped us work through the trade-in on our existing Volvo, and was very responsive to all questions we had. When we picked up our vehicle, he made sure we were fully capable of all technical functions, and even synched our cell phones for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the dealer.

I am completely impressed with the service department at Hunter Volvo because they have always been professional, forthcoming with the needed repairs and cost, and have truly stood behind their product. I had a lock ignition switch that was reimbursed by Hunter Volvo despite my vehicle no longer being under warranty. Not only was the repair covered, my vehicle was repaired within 2 days as opposed to the expected 7-10 days. Hunter Volvo is truly impressive.

Thanks to Volvo Roadside Service, I was at Hunter within the hour. They completed major repairs in four hours and sent me on my way with a smile. Kevin was interested and available but not overbearing. It took looking, leaving and thinking for me to make such an important decision. I didn't feel overly pressured or pushed to make a quick decision. Kevin synced my phone to bluetooth, make sure it worked and dealt with Sirius radio. I was especially impressed with Josh Outman, who talked me through all of the repairs on the phone and had good explanations of why using certified Volvo parts was important.
