I highly recommend Hunter Volvo! I drive over an hour to get my car serviced here, and it is entirely worth the trip. On my most recent visit, I worked with Dolores. She is an incredible service advisor—extremely nice, detail-oriented, respectful, and an excellent communicator. Finding top-tier service advisors like her is rare. On top of that, Mike did an outstanding job servicing my vehicle. This dynamic duo makes vehicle maintenance stress-free, and I will definitely continue coming back because of them!

My wife and I purchased a 2026 Volvo XC60 yesterday. This is our second XC60; we are still driving our first 2024 Volvo XC60 which is 2 years old. We were very happy with Hunter Volvo, their staff and facility. The sales rep, Alex Black, and the Manager, Shawn Parsley, were very competent, knowledgeable and courteous. They were very willing to work with us, and they did. We very highly recommend them without any hesitation.

Easily one of the best customer service experiences I have had in my life! I was traveling out of state and had transmission light come on, not ideal scenario. But Dolores, service representative and Sayre, the mechanic, bent over backwards to help me out so I could complete my multi-state journey.

Bought a 2025 Volvo from Hunter after my 2022 was totaled by Hurricane Helene. The show room was in very bad shape from the flooding and many cars ruined. I was at Hunter Volvo for an oil change. While I was in the waiting room, Randy Hunter came in. I over hear him tell a sales associate he’s making his rounds. They discover they are short staffed and Randy offers to help the sales associate with anything he needs. You gotta love that in a business. He checked on me as well, to see if I needed anything.

He sensed my frustration trying to learn the computer system, and took all the time I needed to understand what I was doing.
